Premier Pediatrics, a subsidiary of The Premier Health Group, is a human care agency that specializes in providing person-centered quality care to the pediatric population through a coordinated plan of nursing, ancillary and rehabilitative services. ADULT HOME HEALTH CARE
With over 13 years of adult home health care experience in the District of Columbia, Premier Health Services, is uniquely positioned to meet the adult home health care needs of the most vulnerable resident of the District of Columbia. Anchored in a person-centered approach, Premier Health Services is committed to delivering a coordinated plan of nursing, ancillary and rehabilitative services.
DAY PROGRAM (FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES)
By engaging our members in cognitive and physical activities that flex to individual needs and interests, our members receive constant positive cognitive stimulation.
THRIVE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (THRIVE)
THRIVE is a provider of residential habilitations services to persons with developmental disabilities. At THRIVE we believe that the environment plays a critical role in achieving and maintaining psychological wellness. consequently, our programs are designed to reinforce positive behavior and skills development.
As a subsidiary of The Premier Health Group, we can tap into a vast pool of extensive and diverse health care experience to ensure that our residents care needs are adequately met. Finally, our homes are kept in excellent condition, with routine maintenance.
